Woot, after realising i had the wrong armor set i re did the helm, and then got the shoulders and forearm done in 3 days after the helm was fully fiberlgassed ^^ yay.
Already i feel like i have less work to do  and i'm THAT much closer to getting the armor finished. Yet i know we have some work ahead. XD  |

I have a program called Pepakura that pretty much unfolds the 3d item and prints them in pieces, I then glue and tape each matching number for each piece. The helm was er 20 pages,
Then we are using Fiberglass mat to cover it up and make it hard. Kinda like making the "bones" of the costume XD After all the pieces are fiberglassed, we'll be using Bondo to add detail. We'll then sand to make it smooth, paint, and add the final details to each piece.
The helmet and chestpiece will be the most challenging, but also the most fun. (i like challenges) I'll be making my hubby a spandex/lyrca under bodysuit/unitard to wear underneath, and buying some silver sharpies/fabric markers to make the under armor details ^^. We'll be padding up certain pieces and using velcro to attach each armor piece to his underarmor
