Finally realized we have 2 more months until the Sailor gets home *hooray!!* :joy: Which also sets a time limit on how long i have until the Master Chief stuff should be done I asked JT to send me his measurements so i can work on the chestpiece and other pieces. However since he's over-seas he couldnt find any measuring tapes that didnt have cm/inches on it. All he could find was meters. I told him to get ANYTHING of his measurements I can convert the sizes appropriately still.
Currently I'm working on my little girl's flower dress for my sisters wedding next week, I'm pretty confident i can get it done this weekend. My sister's theme is within the 40's and 50s, so we decided to go with a Wizard of OZ/Dorothy dress only instead of her skirt being blue, its going to be red with white poka-dots. OMG cutting and marking that fabric is soooo confusing. TOO many dots!

JT called this morning from Indonesia, and said he found lots of Naruto stuff to decorate Josiah's room. Which is VERY exciting. I always wanted to decorate one of my kids rooms all anime XDD. I thought that was exciting. What was more excitng than that was how much he paid for all of what he had bought.

Halo Progress:

Okay, what we've done so far with the Halo cosplay is good. But unfortunetly i didnt do my research well enough. Found out that i was doing the WRONG armor set. I think that was the Mjolnir armor from Halo2....... instead of Halo3. (gyah! i dont know these things! i suck at playing halo, let alone be able to tell the difference which armor set is what! )
So I found the right one after lots of reference google searching XD and its the right size and all. We'll be fiberglassing the inside and using (fiberglass) resin on the outside. When that's all done and shinneh, we'll be adding bondo for the detail. Crap, anyone have ANY idea where i can get a motorcycle visor for not spending alot of mula? *has no idea where to start*....
